Morgan is not your typical real estate agent. She excels at putting people together with the right home. When it’s time to sell your place Morgan will work extraordinarily hard to make that happen. From advice on things to do pre-sale, to staging our house when it was ready to go on the market, she was actively involved. When she listed our house it went on the market the day after the interest rate went up but that didn’t discourage her. She held 12 open houses and had over 50 showings until the right family came along. She walked us through every step of the process until we had a successful closure.
